This week marks the beginning of a new chapter in my professional journey, and I’m thrilled and honored to join IDB Bank as President and CEO.

IDB’s long-standing commitment to its clients, global perspective, and human-centered approach have always stood out to me-–and it is a true privilege to now be part of such an exceptional institution.

I would also like to express my deep appreciation for Ziv Biron, IDB’s departing President & CEO, whose leadership over the past five years has brought IDB to new heights. Ziv and I have known each other for more than two decades, going back to our days together at Wharton. He is a friend, and someone I have admired not only as a leader, but even more so as a person. I’m grateful for the foundation he’s built and excited to carry that momentum forward.
